Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 120 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Initial deposits are not refundable. Any events rescheduled or canceled within 120 days of the original departure date will require full payment for due to supplier cancelation policies. However, we always strive to collaborate with you and each and every destination is different.
How does the custom quote process work?
To request a custom tour, a $250 non refundable fee to research your groups needs based on questionaire submitted to us. If resered, the $250 fee is credited to your total group fee. To secure your booking, we request a 50% down payment within 15 days of confirmation of reservation. The remaining 50% to be paid 90 days prior to your event.
What is the process for managing guest invites?
You can manage it yourself including rooming list. Payment links are sent out to the individuals and can be paid online. If preferred, the group organizer can pay for travelers. Please reach out for all options.
How does a custom tour work?
Our tours are not cataloge type of tours, every experience is custom designed to your groups needs including budget per peron. A questionaire is sent to the group organizer with specific date, tour request and interest of the group. Because of the time and resources needed to properly put together a custom tour, a prepaid fee is needed to receive the itinary proposal. We will revise two time after the first proposal at no charge. Our proposals do not list hotel names, but are 3 star or better based on geographical availability.
